Requirements

High school education or equivalent (GED).
Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
Texas security license or the ability to obtain one.
CPR certification or the ability to obtain one.
Valid Driver's License.
At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirement.

Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor a series of screens with a sharp eye, capturing every detail.
Spot threats before they escalate.
Provide excellent customer service.
Handle inquiries from the public and clients.
Conduct screenings of persons upon entry to the facility.
Control, regulate, and direct pedestrian traffic.
Perform desk duties, including telecommunications (telephone, computer, radio).
Prepare clear, accurate, and complete reports on all activities.
Perform foot and vehicle patrol when warranted.
Control access and ensure only authorized personnel are given access to the site.
Assist Operations Management in emergencies.
