As a Surveillance Operator, you will be the eyes that never blink, protecting guests, safeguarding assets, and spotting what others miss. You are not just watching screens, but playing a critical role in keeping operations secure and fair. If you are interested in security, investigations, or loss prevention, this is where your skills can level up fast. This position offers a fast-paced, high-focus environment where no two shifts are the same, with hands-on training provided. You will have the chance to develop real investigative and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Sharp attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Interest in security, surveillance, or investigations
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Monitor state-of-the-art surveillance systems across the entire property
- Detect suspicious activity and act quickly to protect guests and assets
- Review footage and compile detailed reports for leadership and, when needed, outside agencies
- Learn table games so you know exactly what to watch for on the casino floor
- Identify safety and security risks before they become problems
