About The Position

The Surveillance Operator is vigilant in observing all areas of the casino and surrounding areas and reports all procedural infractions and criminal activity to the Surveillance leader on duty. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of workstations and equipment, performing close watch duties as assigned, and maintaining familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies, and procedures. The operator will receive periodic on-the-job training and diligently monitor all company assets as well as employees for procedural violations. A key aspect of this role is maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of procedures and policies for all departments and enforcing department procedures by observing and reporting any failure to comply with company policy or gaming regulation. Accurate and up-to-the-minute logs are essential.

Requirements

Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license

Previous surveillance experience preferred

Responsibilities

Actively observing players and the functioning of machines throughout all gaming areas, including the smoking area.
