Perform specific surveillance duties in accordance with established procedures to protect the integrity of the company’s operations, as well as the security and well-being of customers, employees, and company assets. This role involves operating surveillance equipment, observing and reporting illegal or unusual activities, and preparing daily activity and incident reports. The Surveillance Officer will work in partnership with the Security Department and must safeguard confidential information. The position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, visualize distance, color, and depth perception, and adjust focus. Knowledge of Indiana Gaming regulations and company internal controls, policies, and procedures is essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25lbs and perform various movements like pushing, pulling, grasping, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs. The role also involves working in an environment with secondhand smoke and loud noises, and adhering to the Company Service Standards model. Availability for regularly scheduled work, including a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends, is required. Other duties may be assigned.
