About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Field Supervisor to help oversee security operations at multiple sites. This role involves assisting the Client Service Manager with security officers and clients, requiring a sharp eye for detail and strong observation skills. The position is based in Cleveland, Ohio, with a set full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with some weekend availability and flexibility for other shifts. Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Security Supervisor experience
21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license
Ability to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass an extensive screening process
Strong report writing skills
Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
Strong proficiency with technology

Responsibilities

Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
Helps recruit, Train and able to supervise on site staff at different locations if needed.
Perform Site Checks.
Able to do site inspections.
Reports directly to the Client Service Manager.
Helps act as a point of contact for clients.
Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
