About The Position

The Surveillance Officer Lead enthusiastically promotes Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. This position provides additional support and guidance to Surveillance Officer members as needed. In the absence of the supervisor on duty, the Lead functions as the team supervisor and assists with training and developing team members. The role involves monitoring Table Games and Electronic Gaming Device activity, Armored Car pick-up and all areas where Chips and Vouchers are issued and redeemed, Count Room Procedures, as well as all other non-gaming areas throughout the property, including but not limited to the entrance and exits. The Lead performs duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program. The role requires reporting irregularities, unusual, and suspicious activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager, Director of Surveillance, and the Illinois Gaming Board Docksite Supervisor/Agent. The Surveillance Officer Lead monitors and safeguards company assets and protects the overall integrity of gaming at the casino. Other duties as assigned.

  • Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Providing additional support and guidance to Surveillance Officer members as needed
  • In the absence of the supervisor on duty, function as the team supervisor
  • Assist with training and developing team members
  • Monitor Table Games and Electronic Gaming Device activity, Armored Car pick-up and all areas where Chips and Vouchers are issued and redeemed, Count Room Procedures, as well as all other non-gaming areas throughout the property, including but not limited to the entrance and exits
  • Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of Bally’s Chicago Operating Co., LLC System of Internal Controls
  • Report irregularities, unusual, and suspicious activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager, Director of Surveillance, and the Illinois Gaming Board Docksite Supervisor/Agent
  • Monitor and safeguard company assets
  • Protect the overall integrity of gaming at the casino
  • Perform other duties as assigned
