Surveillance Manager
About The Position
Responsible for the security and integrity of all games, and to protect the company’s assets. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees, protecting company property, and performing all surveillance-related duties for the casino and property. The Surveillance Manager will supervise, schedule, and train surveillance observers, conduct surveillance observation of sensitive areas, and provide closed-circuit television monitoring for all money drops and collections. The position also requires operating the closed circuit television monitoring system, ensuring casino floor games protection, and writing complete and accurate reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous casino surveillance experience required.
- Must have detailed knowledge of closed circuit television monitoring systems and operation.
- Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to gaming and alcohol.
- Must present a well groomed professional appearance and attitude.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Proficient writing, grammar and punctuation skills.
- Must be computer literate in a variety of computer programs.
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
