About The Position

DigiStream Investigations, a national private investigations firm, is seeking bold characters with curious minds to join our New England team. This entry-level position requires no prior PI license, as all necessary equipment and a vehicle (with gas and maintenance cards) are provided from the start. The primary role involves conducting undercover surveillance on suspected fraud cases, adapting to various environments, and using quick thinking and disguises to gather video evidence of a subject's activities. While specialized training or experience are not required, candidates need grit, open availability, and a sense of adventure. The company provides comprehensive training and necessary tools.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have valid driver’s license
Must currently live in Massachusetts
Open availability, including weekends and holidays (average 50 hours/week)
Ability to start work as early as 5am daily with occasional work into the evenings
Ability to pass DMV & background checks
Confidence while driving and while being undercover in any environment
Willingness to travel and stay overnight on remote assignments (as needed, all expenses paid)

Responsibilities

Conduct undercover surveillance on suspected fraud cases.
Adapt to changing environments with quick-thinking and disguises.
Collect video evidence of a subject's activity.
Update the Ops team by quick calls/texts.
Maintain stake out positions for extended periods.
Tail subjects by foot and vehicle.
Drive in urban, rural, and suburban communities, long-distances at times, in all weather conditions.
