About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Surveillance Flex Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring security systems, spotting threats before they escalate, and maintaining the safety and security of the premises. This position is ideal for individuals with a sharp eye for detail and strong observation skills, working in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, or parking gatehouses.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• TN Security License
• Valid Driver's License Required (must be at least 21 years of age)
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports

• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
