The Surveillance Agent is responsible for conducting investigations into all casino-related accounting activities, including gaming machines, cashiering operations, count room, and fill bank. This role ensures effective communication between different areas of the casino to enhance the guest experience. The agent will also provide coaching and recommendations for performance recognition, promote excellent guest service, and investigate employee complaints. Additionally, the Surveillance Agent will provide observational security, conduct employee background and internal investigations, and prepare necessary reports. Compliance with established appearance standards, attendance policy, and the Eye-Hi-Goodbye program is required. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and employee relations, along with ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies, procedures, and internal control protocols. Regular attendance is required.
