About The Position

Pro-Vigil is seeking motivated overnight professionals to join their surveillance team. The Surveillance Agent is responsible for detecting and deterring crime in accordance with customer guidelines. The company is open 24x7, 365 days per year, and 95% of the available work hours are overnight and weekend shifts. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, all of which require evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. There are no Monday - Friday shifts, and daytime hours are only available on weekends. All positions require the ability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.

Requirements

• High level of concentration.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Experience using a Windows PC and/or Google Suite.
• Ability to follow oral and written policies and procedures.
• Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in written form.
• Ability to use good judgment while handling inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Ability to be highly alert and focused while watching multiple screens looking for suspicious activity which may require corrective action.
• Ability to sit for up to 8-10 hours (with breaks).
• Ability to talk, listen, be alert and make good judgment calls.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience including contact center, customer service, security, law enforcement or military.

Benefits

• Differential pay for overnight hours ($1 between 6pm-6am).
• Differential pay for overnight weekend hours ($2).
• Opportunities to increase base pay rate $1 per quarter based on performance up to $17.
