About The Position

This position is responsible for monitoring activities across the Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe properties to deter and detect cheating, theft, and other suspicious or illegal behaviors. As a critical component of the property’s overall security and risk management strategy, the Surveillance role helps protect company assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the integrity of gaming operations. By maintaining constant vigilance and utilizing advanced surveillance technology, this position plays a vital role in safeguarding the safety and security of guests, team members, and the organization. The effectiveness of the Surveillance function directly supports Caesars’ reputation, operational excellence, and commitment to providing a safe, fair, and trusted gaming environment.
