About The Position

Amentum is seeking dynamic and strong leaders for employment as SURTASS Training Manager for SURTASS program home based out of Virginia Beach, VA. The candidate will be responsible for participating in the planning, execution and reporting of new and existing SURTASS operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Five (5) years' experience with managing training and qualification programs.
• Five (5) years' experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex Navy systems.
• Three (3) years’ experience in curriculum development
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a task lead as required.
• SECRET or higher Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor or Associate Degree and/or Master Training Specialist certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the qualification program for all contract personnel
• Develop and execute the continuous training program for all contract personnel
• Coordinate schools to support qualification and advanced training
• Develop and maintain the contractor Training IMS
• Evaluates effectiveness of training activities
