About The Position

The Allied Health Division of Jefferson Community and Technical College has an opening for a Surgical Technology Full-Time Instructor. This position will be responsible for didactic and clinical instruction in the Surgical Technology program, continued growth as an instructor and surgical technologist via professional development, coordination and monitoring of student clinical placements at local healthcare facilities, and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records according to all JCTC and ARC/STSA policies and regulations. Other duties may be assigned by the Surgical Technology program coordinator and Dean of Allied Health. Jefferson Community and Technical College is working to build an engaged faculty and staff committed to teaching and working within the community. Requirements

• Associate’s degree in related field
• Certified surgical technologist
