About The Position
A hospital west of Fremont, NE is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join their team! This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options (4x9s or 3x12s) and a minimum of 36 hours per week. The role involves performing advanced sterile techniques, serving as the primary scrub for surgical services, assisting with delegated nursing duties, and supporting case pulls, inventory, and supply management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking, teamwork, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited scrub tech program
- BLS required
Nice To Haves
- CST certification preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced sterile techniques and serve as the primary scrub for surgical services
- Assist with delegated nursing duties within scope of practice
- Support case pulls, inventory, and supply management
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking, teamwork, and professionalism
