We are growing our Ambulatory Surgery Center team and are looking for compassionate, skilled, and motivated Surgical Technologists who are ready to be part of a high-performing team focused on excellence in patient care.

Requirements

  • Current Surgical Technologist certification required
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience preferred
  • Has a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
  • Demonstrates professionalism and accountability
  • Communicates effectively with physicians and team members

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after procedures
  • Ensure surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are properly sterilized and functioning
  • Assist surgeons during procedures by anticipating needs and passing sterile instruments and supplies
  • Maintain strict aseptic technique and identify any breaks in sterile field protocol
  • Handle and prepare specimens for laboratory processing
  • Clean and restock operating rooms between procedures
  • Assist with inventory management of surgical supplies and equipment
  • Support a positive, patient-centered surgical experience
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure efficient surgical operations
