About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist for an exciting travel (or local) assignment in Utica, NY. This role offers the chance to work in a high-acuity surgical environment with advanced technology and a diverse patient population. The setting is the Operating Room, providing General, Robotic, and OR level care for a patient population ranging from Pediatric through Adult. The role requires the use of the DaVinci Surgical Robot and the Epic EMR system.

Requirements

• Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA or NCCT, or grandfathered based on experience)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience
• Strong scrub experience
• Trauma experience
• Neuro experience
• BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DaVinci Surgical Robot
• Experience with Epic EMR system

Responsibilities

• Work in a high-acuity surgical environment
• Utilize advanced technology, including the DaVinci Surgical Robot
• Provide OR level care
• Work with a diverse patient population (Pediatric through Adult)
• Utilize the Epic EMR system
• Perform strong scrub duties
• Handle trauma cases
• Handle neuro cases
