About The Position

Prepares, organizes, and monitors the sterile field environment for assigned surgical cases and deliveries under the direction of a surgeon and registered nurse. Provides assistance to the surgeon or physician and registered nurse as directed. The position is in Surgery at the NEW TOWER and is full-time, with a 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. schedule. Requirements

• High school diploma, certificate, GED, training, or equivalent experience.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of required experience.

Nice To Haves

• Graduation from a Surgical Technologist Program.
• AST certification or a minimum of 1 year of extensive experience in a surgical setting as a surgical technologist.
