White Fence Surgical Suites, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated Surg Tech or Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our esteemed team. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, while upholding our core beliefs of value, integrity, continuity, accessibility, and community engagement.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of an appropriate surgical technician program (for Surgical Technologist).
• At least two years of previous surgical technician experience preferred (for Surgical Technologist).
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred (for Surgical Technologist).
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient (for Surgical Technologist).
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation (for Surgical Technologist).
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed (for Surgical Technologist).
• Excellent team player and ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians (for Surgical Technologist).
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing (for Operating Room Registered Nurse).
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state (for Operating Room Registered Nurse).
• 1+ years of experience working as a Circulator required (for Operating Room Registered Nurse).
• Current American heart BLS certification (for Operating Room Registered Nurse).

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred (for Operating Room Registered Nurse).
