About The Position
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Surgical Technologist (CST) for their OR General Surgery team. This role is crucial in maintaining an aseptic environment during surgical procedures and ensuring all necessary instrumentation, supplies, and equipment are readily available. The Surgical Technologist will also assist with room turnover between scheduled cases. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program
- CST certification
- Critical thinking skills
- Must be able to work in stressful environment
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of surgical tech or OR work experience
- Previous surgical technologist experience preferred
- Manual dexterity
