About The Position

Providence Summit Surgery Center is looking for a Surgical Technologist - full time. At Providence Summit Surgery Center, we provide first-class surgical services for local communities and recognize our employees as our number one asset. We focus on offering a high quality, ambulatory care alternative to a hospital for surgical procedures. We have been in operation at this location since 1985 and perform over 6,000 surgeries per year. Multi-specialty areas include ENT, GI Lab, General Surgery, GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Oral Surgery and Urology.

Requirements

• Full time availability
• Experience as a Surgical Technologist

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team.
• Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures.
• Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center.
• Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
