Requirements
- Surgical Technician certification
- Ability to commit to a two-year work commitment to receive the sign-on bonus.
- Demonstrated experience working in a surgical environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms, ensuring all necessary surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies are sterilized and readily available.
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operations by handing instruments and supplies.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout the surgical procedure.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure efficiency and patient safety.
Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $33/hr.
- Procedural Differential: $1/procedural differential.
- Night shift differential: $2.80/hour.
- Weekend shift differential: $2.00/hour.
- Sign-on Bonus: A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires.
