Our new Surgery Center opens in February 2027! We are looking for a Part Time Surgical Technician to join our team in January 2027. Requirements
- Completed an approved school of Surgical Technology.
- In lieu of formal education, management will consider an Ophthalmic Assistant certification and an Ophthalmic Surgical Assisting certification.
- We are also willing to train the right candidate.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting the nurses and physicians in delivering the highest standard of patient care available.
- Acquiring and maintaining current knowledge in surgical technologist practice.
- Assisting in the organization and daily function of the operating room in accordance with established federal, state, and accreditation standards and center policies and procedures.
- Preparing equipment and aiding surgeon during treatment and examination of patients.
