Requirements

  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) from an accredited program.

  • Completion of an accredited surgical technology training program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity are critical for handling delicate instruments and anticipating the needs of the surgical team in real time.
  • Communication skills facilitate effective collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate tasks seamlessly.

Responsibilities
