This is a full time 12-hour varied shift position at Scripps Memorial La Jolla. Bonus Eligible. Join our expanding team at La Jolla as an OR tech where we have 19 ORs and 4 Cardiac ORs. We are a magnet facility and do a wide variety of surgeries, including Trauma and heart.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program.
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
- Detail oriented and able work well in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years’ experience
- CST Certification
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of surgeries, including Trauma and heart.
