Requirements

• Active Montana Surgical Technologist certification/credential
• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong experience with Total Joint and Plastics cases
• Ability to effectively support a surgical case load of approximately 12–22 cases
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile technique, instrumentation, and surgical safety protocols
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
