About The Position

This is a full-time Surgical Tech II position in the Main Operating Room, featuring rotating shifts. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of a surgical technologist training program is required. Eighteen (18) months of scrub tech experience in an acute care operating room may substitute for the training program requirement.
• Two (2) years of acute surgical technologist experience is required.
• One (1) year of the above experience must include at least two (2) specialty areas (i.e., orthopedics, neurosurgery, robotics, etc.).
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification issued through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) is preferred.
