About The Position

We’re hiring a Surgical Team Coordinator to support an incoming 4th Surgeon here at HVS! This is a hybrid role designed for someone who thrives both on the floor and behind the scenes. You’ll act as the operational backbone for a dedicated surgical team, partnering directly with a board-certified Surgeon and coordinating a driven team of clinical staff. You’ll run appointments, support patient care, and step into procedures when needed. If you’ve ever found yourself already “unofficially running the team,” this role formalizes that impact.

  • Strong clinical foundation (appointments, patient handling, basic procedures)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing detail
  • Clear, confident communication with both clients and team members
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
