This role supports Surgical Services, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Surgicenter by managing inventory, distributing critical supplies, assembling surgical case carts, and helping maintain a seamless care environment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, HSED, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, healthcare support, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and urgent patient care needs
  • High level of situational awareness and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree
  • Experience with healthcare inventory or materials management systems
  • Experience with PeopleSoft MMIS, Par Excellence, Q-Sight, or similar inventory management software
  • Hospital, surgical services, or clinical support experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure critical medical supplies, implants, grafts, tissue products, and equipment are available when needed
  • Receive, distribute, and replenish inventory accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain organized stock locations
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
  • Track and manage expiration dates, recalls, lot numbers, backorders, and product documentation
  • Rotate inventory to reduce waste and support quality standards
  • Pick supplies and assemble case carts for upcoming surgical procedures
  • Restock unused supplies following procedures and maintain inventory integrity
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, Sterile Processing, and Supply Chain partners to address shortages and urgent requests
  • Maintain accurate records of ordered, purchased, received, and returned products
  • Help identify and solve inventory discrepancies and operational challenges
  • Keep workspaces clean, organized, and audit-ready
