About The Position

Responsible to the OR Manager for the operation and administration of the Service Specialty, including effective management of clinical systems, human resources, finances and the work environment. Promotes multi-disciplinary collaborative practice with physicians and other departments, performs in-depth patient needs, develops and monitors patient care standards, and promotes the overall goals and objectives of the department’s mission.

Requirements

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
Current Alabama or multistate Nursing Licensure
BCLS certification required (must be completed within the Provisionary Period)
Extensive Operating Room experience
Demonstrates leadership ability
