About The Position

Seeking a full-time Operating Room (OR) Manager that will oversee the daily operations of surgical services within a healthcare facility. This role ensures the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in the operating room. The OR Manager also leads initiatives to improve workflow, patient outcomes, and staff performance, while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with Surgical Technologist (ST) background.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSN) is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in surgical services.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within perioperative services.
• BLS/ACLS required.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degrees such as MSN, MBA, or MHA are advantageous for leadership roles.
• Preferred certifications: CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)
• CSSM (Certified Surgical Services Manager)
• CORM (Certified Operating Room Manager)
