About The Position

This position requires a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) with at least 1 year of experience. The role involves scrubbing and circulating in various surgical procedures, including Orthopedics, ENT, General, OB/GYN, Urology, and Podiatry. Robotic experience, specifically with the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and TORS (TransOral Robotic Surgery), is a must. The position also includes on-call responsibilities, with a rotation of 1 in 5 or 1 in 4 weekends and one weeknight per week. Call hours are from 7 PM to 7 AM the next day, with weekend call from 7 AM Saturday to 7 AM Monday. There is a 20-minute call-back requirement. A call house is available for those living outside the specified radius. First-time candidates are welcome. Locals within 75 miles are not considered. Preferred patient diagnoses include Infants, Pediatrics, and Adolescents. Scrubs will be provided in grey. Orientation will last 24 hours.
