About The Position

This position is for a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) in Surgical Services. The role requires the individual to be on-call and work weekends as needed. The hospital is a Short Term Acute Care facility with 418 total staffed beds. Charting is done via Epic, and parking is free.

Requirements

• Certified NBSTSA OR Tech
• Must be on-call.
• Must work weekends.
• Must work weekend shifts in lieu of weekday shifts as needed.
• Must have a 1:1 staff to patient ratio.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of endovascular experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST).
• Be available for weekday call (16 hours every 4 weeks).
• Be available for weekend call (24 hours every 4 weeks).
• Work weekend shifts in lieu of weekday shifts as needed for department requirements.
• Float between units as needed (position does not float between units).
