We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites. We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Surgical Scheduler to join our busy OB/GYN practice from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Northampton as the home base. In this role, you will independently coordinate a high volume of elective gynecologic surgeries, cesarean sections, and labor inductions. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, providers, and the childbirth center while managing surgical schedules, communicating with patients, and ensuring a smooth scheduling process across both practice locations. After a successful 90-day training period, the role offers the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week. Previous medical scheduling experience and Epic experience is strongly preferred! Under direction, receives incoming communication and online requests from both patients and referring providers interested in accessing care. Performs patient registration, and scheduling processes. Ensures that patients, referring providers and other customers receive timely, efficient and high-quality service.
