About The Position
Rome Health is currently looking for a Scheduler to join our Endoscopy team. The potential employee will act as clerical staff to ensure scheduling and patient appointments are accurate.
Requirements
- Computer skills
- Math ability
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Medical terminology
- BLS
- De-escalation training
- Safe patient handling
Responsibilities
- Adheres to the compliance plan, policies and procedures
- Gives a quality level of service to patients
- Answers, screens and routes all outside calls to appropriate areas
- Will train to become fluent in Paragon, patient registration and resource scheduling
- Covers reception for check-in and check-out when necessary
- Other duties as listed in the job description
