About The Position

Establishment Labs is a rapidly growing medical device company focused on women's health, aesthetics, and reconstruction. We are seeking Surgical Sales Representatives to drive revenue for our breast device portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of selling in a surgical environment, including case coverage and consulting in hospital and office operating rooms. The ideal candidate will leverage creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail to increase market share for breast implants and tissue expanders in their assigned territory. This is a remote position, and candidates located in Denver, Colorado, will be considered.

Requirements

• Experience on medical devices sales
• Ability to be credentialed and work in an OR setting (this person will be assisting and observing surgeries)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Hands on and proactive attitude
• Able to work within an evolving environment
• Ability to manage all administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams
• Able to work with a team as well as independently in fast-paced environment/experience prioritizing Program/Project execution
• Experience navigating hospital VAC processes

Nice To Haves

• Experience and knowledge in plastic surgery is preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quota for all products
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity, always maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales leadership, marketing leadership, key customers, and colleagues
• Plan and execute sales strategy in order to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and Reconstructive expanders
• Manage all aspects of territory logistics such as inventory, samples, VAC approvals, AR tasks, FLASH, and salesforce
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital approving or contracting entities
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership team to ensure appropriate utilization of resources such as education programs and surgeon engagement
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and marketing teams, to understand and execute the marketing strategy and align with organizational goals
• Manage territory expense budget and follow all applicable expense guidelines while executing educational engagement
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to plan and successfully execute national and regional trade shows
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve sales execution
• Develop and maintain relationships with plastic surgeons, office staff, coordinators, and hospital personnel that will help execute sales
• Educate and act as a consultant for breast device cases by providing technique considerations, complication management strategies, and differentiation of the products
