About The Position
Our Surgery department has 12 fast paced rooms at Waterloo Medical Center. Our cases include trauma, orthopedic, podiatry, general surgery, urology, robotics and neurosurgery. RNs scrub, circulate and assist. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as supervising and coordinating care provided by LPNs and PCAs. Facilitating communication with physicians, families, and other team members is also a key aspect of this position.
Requirements
- Current IA RN license
- BSN preferred
- No previous experience required
