The Regional Manager is responsible for managing the commercial business in their assigned region, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving clinical and commercial adoption of the Sonata® and Acessa System. This role involves recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring Account Executives, developing and implementing regional business plans, and achieving sales performance objectives. The Regional Sales Manager will establish the clinical and economic viability of the Sonata® System, identify key markets and accounts, and foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key stakeholders. Success will be measured by exceeding sales targets, growing market share, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies.
