About The Position

University Pathologists (UPLLC), a Sonic Healthcare USA Partner, is recruiting for a Surgical Pathologist, with Breast and/or Cytopathology experience, to join their team in Fall River, Massachusetts. UPLLC is a dynamic multi-specialty pathology practice serving both inpatient and outpatient clients in Southern New England. It is a growing, multi-specialty, multi-state professional group of 18 pathologists, providing Anatomic and Clinical Pathology to multiple hospitals, surgery centers, and outpatient facilities. The practice is client-centric, believing that medicine and healthcare delivery are personal and best delivered locally, supporting comprehensive integrated approaches to patient care with extensive pathology expertise. This PRN position is an integral part of UPLLC in Southeastern Massachusetts, located in a coastal community with highly ranked schools and close proximity to Boston, MA and Providence, RI. Requirements

  • Broad competency in surgical pathology
  • Board certification in Anatomic/Clinical Pathology
  • Eligible for an unrestricted Massachusetts license
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Additional interest / expertise in Breast and Non-Gyn cytology
  • Fellowship subspecialty training

Responsibilities

  • Cover high-volume complex cases
