About The Position

Cancer specialists at Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute are always evolving. LVPG Breast Care at Steamtown is part of Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute. We are seeking a Physician Assistant for surgical oncology, primarily in the outpatient office. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a specialized surgical team caring for women battling breast cancer, and managing benign breast tumors. The hours are Monday – Friday 8-5, with minimal weekend, holiday, and call responsibilities. The Cancer Institute values collaboration among our clinicians, including our multidisciplinary care team. The teams include specialties such as surgical oncology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology, all working together to address the complexities that come with a cancer diagnosis. When that diagnosis requires a deeper look, our second opinion service connects our patients with doctors who specialize in personalized cancer care. Requirements

Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required

Nice To Haves

American Society of Breast Surgeons certification will be encouraged after hire

Responsibilities

Primarily work in the outpatient office for surgical oncology.
