About The Position
Sparta Networking is hiring a Surgical/Orthopedic Staff RN for night shift at a leading regional medical center in Pikeville, KY. You will provide hands-on nursing care to surgical and orthopedic patients as part of a strong night-shift team. Four 12-hour nights a week — steady hours and long-term potential.
Requirements
- Active Kentucky RN license (or compact)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- 1+ year of RN experience
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to surgical and orthopedic patients
- Complete head-to-toe assessments and reassessments
- Give pre- and post-operative care and pain management
- Manage IV therapy, drains, and specialized equipment
- Document care accurately and keep patients informed
