About The Position
University Periodontal Associates is seeking an experienced and professional Surgical Dental Assistant to join their dental team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of surgical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional patient service in a fast-paced clinical environment. Bilingual skills are preferred, and experience in a surgical dental office is highly desirable.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of surgical experience
- Strong communication skills
- RDA license is required
- Dentrix and Dexis software knowledge is required

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff and providers
- Have knowledge of periodontal procedures
