Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Dental Assisting program
- Surgical Dental Assisting experience preferred
- Indiana Dental Radiology License
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technology and procedures
- A servant's heart and passion for helping people
- Someone who takes ownership, works well with a team, and strives to exceed expectations
Responsibilities
- Assist with advanced periodontal and implant surgeries
- Assist with LANAP®, implants, bone & tissue grafting, sinus lifts, ridge augmentation, and computer-guided implant placement
- Take digital X-rays and CBCTs
- Prepare PRF for bone grafting
- Take impressions and utilize digital scanning technology
- Maintain sterilization and surgical areas
- Assist with sedation and patient monitoring
- Provide outstanding patient care and post-op instructions
