About The Position

The Dental Boutique Westchase is seeking a Surgical Dental Assistant to join their private practice. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience with a surgical focus
Hands-on experience assisting with implant placement and implant-related procedures
Strong Invisalign experience including attachments, refinements, and case management
Comfortable working with surgical instruments and maintaining a sterile field
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule, including the understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run a little past the scheduled close

Nice To Haves

Experience with iTero Scanner strongly preferred
Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Mastery in chair-side surgical assisting for implant and restorative procedures
Efficiency in making temporary crowns, taking iTero scans, and managing Invisalign cases
Comfortable discussing financials, treatment plans, and payment options with patients
Impeccable organization for inventory control and instrument management
Excellent communication skills and ability to put patients at ease in a surgical setting
Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
