Idaho Falls Community Hospital is looking for a Scrub Tech Education & Quality Lead to join our team! JOB SUMMARY: The Scrub Tech Education and Quality Lead plays a key role in supporting the quality, consistency, and advancement of scrub technician practice within the Surgical Services department. This role serves as a clinical resource, educator, and advocate for scrub technicians, supporting onboarding, competency validation, workflow improvement, and quality initiatives across all surgical specialties. The Scrub Tech Education and Quality Lead collaborates with specialty scrub leads, the department educator, OR charge nurses, CTL, Central Sterile leadership, and surgical services leadership to identify practice gaps, support process improvement, and proactively plan for instrumentation, equipment, and supply needs. This position functions in a collaborative, educational, and quality-focused capacity and does not include direct supervisory or disciplinary authority.
