About The Position

Join our Surgery team and perform Lens Replacement, Cataract Surgery, and Laser Vision Correction Procedures like SMILE, LASIK, and PRK! Experience in this setting is required! Our staff is our biggest asset! Join our team as we walk our patients through their LASIK, CLR, and Cataract Surgery experience and make them feel comfortable and confident about their choice to visit ClearSight. Requirements

Experience in this setting is required.
CST Certification required.
Excellent in-person communication skills.
Good computer and organizational skills.
Must be able to work on their feet all day.
Must be able to learn quickly and become an expert in running multiple diagnostic devices, assisting in various procedures, and running numerous lasers.
Must be quick, accurate, and able to take direction and correction.
Experience or education in sterile technique required.
Must be able to work in a multi-tasking environment.
Must work well with others.

Work as a Pre-op and Post-op Tech, Laser Tech, and Medical Assistant.
Perform quick and precise data entry.
Work in a multi-tasking environment.
