About The Position
This is a hiring event for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) for the Operating Room at Manatee Memorial Hospital. The event offers an opportunity to learn about full-time positions, meet the team, and enjoy light refreshments. Manatee Memorial Hospital is a 295-bed facility with over 800 physicians and healthcare professionals, offering a wide range of advanced healthcare services. It is part of the Manatee Healthcare System and has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval. Universal Health Services (UHS) is a large healthcare services provider with a significant history of achievement and growth.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of Hospital Operating Room experience.
- Certified Surgical Tech (CST) with at least 1 year of Hospital Operating Room experience.
- Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing (for RNs).
- Current RN licensure in Florida (for RNs).
- Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association (for RNs and CSTs).
- Current ACLS Certification through American Heart Association (for RNs).
- Current PALS Certification through American Heart Association (for RNs).
- High School Diploma/GED (for CSTs).
- Accredited School of Technical Training (for CSTs).
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification (for CSTs).
