About The Position

The Nurse Manager provides department-level operational leadership and frontline staff management within the hospital environment to maintain standards of patient care. Responsible for implementing all nursing services in compliance with current local, state, and federal standards and regulations. Monitors the quality of patient care and services and makes recommendations and/or adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current State Nursing License in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum of three years experience in nursing.

Nice To Haves

• Baccalaureate degree preferred.
• ACLS within 1 year.
• Clinical specialty certification highly encouraged.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Additional languages preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer knowledge.
• Ability to operate office equipment.
