About The Position
Surface Experts Mid-Cities is looking for a reliable, hands-on technician who is organized, responsible, works well independently, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and represents the company well with customers while working on repairs that typically take less than an hour. This role offers the opportunity to learn valuable skills, earn while you train, and build a career. The company is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider that repairs minor damage to various surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, and Elevator Panels. Their objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships by saving customers time, money, and materials.
Requirements
- Experience working with your hands – this could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, home repairs, or even a personal hobby.
- Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors – understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom toolkit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
