About The Position

As a Surety Business Professional, you will play a key role in supporting complex surety programs, partnering with clients, carrier markets, and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions and exceptional service. Managing sophisticated accounts, guide program execution, provide technical expertise, and contribute to client retention and growth initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence client outcomes, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with industry-leading professionals on sophisticated surety challenges.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of commercial and contract surety, underwriting principles, indemnity structures, and market practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large or complex client relationships and programs.
• Consistent success coordinating projects, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with data analysis, technology platforms, and business applications used to support client service and decision making.
• Active Producer License and Notary Public designation, or ability to obtain and maintain as required.

Responsibilities

• Build significant partnerships with clients, carrier partners, and colleagues within the organization to support long-term account success and retention.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations focused on future goals, clearly communicating technical concepts and recommendations.
• Coordinate multiple priorities, projects, and results while maintaining a high standard of client service and effective management.
• Use AonBondLink, Bridge, Outlook, and other technology solutions to manage information, analyze portfolios, track activities, and support business outcomes.
• Serve as a technical resource for the team, providing coaching, training, and mentorship to Surety Account Managers.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and client experience.
• Maintain required licensing, Notary Public designation, and Power of Attorney appointments with applicable surety markets.
